This style of pendant uses dichroic glass, but also a streak of color swirled up in there for a neat effect.

All pendants come with an adjustable cord of black, waxed cotton.

1. Place your order here on Etsy, so we can start communicating and know to expect your ashes in the mail.

2. IMPORTANT: MAIL A SMALL BAG OR CONTAINER WITH ONLY 2 TEASPOONS OF ASHES, 4 for a larger piece, to my address below. The container can be anything that will not open or spill during shipping.

3. INCLUDE WITH THE ASHES: Print out the form below, fill it out with as much information as you can, and mail it with the ashes. If you don’t have access to a printer, simply put all the information down on a note and include that. (Copy and paste the link into your browser)
